Refund policy
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would gladly accept your return or make it right. Our return policy lasts 30 days and the product must be unused. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of our THCa products, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for Emerald THCa products.
Please email us regarding your request to return your order at support@thedartco.com and provide us the tracking number and your order number.

You are responsible for shipping costs and a tracking number is required.
REFUNDS
Once the items have been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Shipping and handling fees, including Route Package Protection are not refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thedartco.com and send your item to: The DART Company, 24325 Crenshaw Blvd #100
Torrance, CA 90505, United States. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thedartco.com.
SEZZLE PAYMENT
Customers who spend a minimum of $75 on our store, before taxes will be eligible to split their payment into FOUR installments with Sezzle.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The DART Company warrants to the original purchaser that DART products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for the lifetime of the product.
If a defect in materials or workmanship is determined by The DART Company, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the product, replace the defective component, or provide a comparable replacement product.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from The DART Company or an authorized retailer and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase may be required to process any warranty claim.
WHAT IS COVERED
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the following components under normal intended use:
• Outer shell
• Inner core
• Button assembly
• Internal spring
• Permanent structural components
• Machining defects
• Material defects
• Assembly defects
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, or finish wear
• Loss or theft
• Accidental damage
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Improper cleaning or maintenance
• Damage caused by excessive force
• Damage caused by dropping, crushing, bending, or impact
• Damage caused by modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by disassembly beyond intended use
• Damage caused by the use of tools or objects not intended for operation of the product
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, or corrosive substances
CONSUMABLE COMPONENTS
Consumable and replaceable components are not covered under this warranty, including but not limited to:
• Mesh screens
• Filters
• Filter media
• Any component intended to be periodically replaced during normal use
Mesh screens damaged due to cross-threading, over-tightening, improper installation, misuse, cleaning, loss, or normal wear are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.
THREAD DAMAGE
Thread damage resulting from cross-threading, over-tightening, misuse, improper installation, improper cleaning, modification, or excessive force is not covered under this warranty.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
The DART Company reserves the right to request photographs, videos, product return, proof of purchase, or additional information before approving any warranty claim.
The DART Company reserves the right to deny claims determined to result from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or circumstances not covered by this warranty.
REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
If an original product, color, finish, or model is no longer available, The DART Company may substitute a comparable or upgraded product at its sole discretion.
SHIPPING FEES
Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and other costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise required by law.
For international warranty claims, customers are solely responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import-related expenses.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The DART Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of any product, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.
The DART Company reserves the right to modify, update, interpret, or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any warranty claim shall be evaluated according to the warranty terms in effect at the time of the claim.
